Programs

 

  • Starting with the creation of Adam, a discussion of the situations around the Prophets, the reasons Allah shares these narratives with us, and the lessons within them
  • Taught by: Imam Farhan Siddiqi
  • A series of discussions concerning ritual and social actions and the boundaries stipulated by Allah and his Messenger (ﷺ) that we should abide by
  • Taught by: Imam Farhan Siddiqi
  • When: Every Saturday, after Fajr
  • A class to help build vocabulary to get a rough understanding of the language of the Quran
  • Taught by: Ustadh Saad Zakaria
  • When: Every Saturday, after Maghrib

A program meant to cater to the elementary and middle public school population in order to complement their secular education namely:

  • Quran (ability to recite with makharij and tajweed, memorization of 30th juz)
  • Iman (6 pillars)
  • Daily Islamic Activities
  • and provide a Muslim social environment
MCNJ youth organizes this program to share and develop long term bonds among Muslim youth between the ages of 14 and 24.  The program includes a halaqa where Imam Abu Fatima and youth discuss various issues the youth encounter in their everyday life.  After the halaqa, youth play basketball and other games.

Services

MCNJ Islamic Sunday School  is the largest Islamic Sunday school in New Jersey with over 300 students. Since its inception in 1994, it has provided Islamic education to diversified group of students. The school is committed to providing students with excellent quality Islamic education according to the Quran and the Sunnah, based on high moral and ethical values in an Islamic environment.
A program designed to provide Qur’an and Islamic Education for boys and girls ages 5-13. Masjid Bab-al-Rahmat is offering a unique opportunity for parents to provide the best Islamic education for their children. Maktab-e-Suffah presents an afterschool program perfect for students in elementary and middle school.
