Event Approval Request
What happens after I submit my request
Your request is being submitted to MCNJ Events Committee which will review it for approval. It is our promise to respond to your request within one week. Your request will be approved or rejected based on the space availability and if the event complies with MCNJ policies.
Once your request is approved, you will be notified through email and a charge of $200 will assessed. This cost covers the use of facilities, utilities and the cleanup following the event. Please make sure that you and your guests use the facility with respect and leave it in broom-clean condition. All the trash should be thrown out in the dumpster. You will be responsible for any damage of the property and/or any items therein.
What if I need to make changes to my event
If you need to cancel or make changes, please Click Here, specify your changes in event details box and resubmit the request. The changes will be made dependent upon the availability of the facility. Please make every effort to notify the committee as early as possible of any changes in your plans, JazakAllah.
